Having thus acquired the rare gift of Devotion the sage prepared a funeral pile and discarding all attachment from his heart ascended it.

Yogic practices alone are not enough; purification of the heart is essential. Self-reflection is necessary to eliminate faults and bad habits. Correct your flaws, such as selfishness, pride, jealousy, and hatred. Cultivate your heart by sharing with others and engaging in selfless service, which will lead to a pure mind.

The Lord said, "It is desire and wrath, born from passion, that is our enemy here, a monster of greed and sin."

God is not some unattainable entity hidden behind clouds, but our most intimate and closest possession, the one in whom we live, move, and have our existence.

First, purify your heart. When the mind is pure, God Himself takes residence. No divine image can be established in a dirty place.

The heart that has been consumed by worldly desires cannot be influenced by higher feelings and cannot be shaped into a beautiful form.

I see that it is God Himself who has become everything. It seems to me that all living beings are like leather cases, and God is the one who moves their hands, feet, and heads from within.

You need to have firm conviction and pray with your whole heart.
