By accessing or using Wisdom Booth (“the Service”) at wisdom-booth.cchk.me you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Ganda Tech Services (ABN 32 164 690 751), a company registered in Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Description of service

Wisdom Booth is a read-only reference service that presents spiritual quotations drawn from classical and contemporary texts across multiple traditions. The Service is provided for personal, educational, and spiritual enrichment purposes only.

3. Intellectual property

3.1 Quotation content

Quotations on Wisdom Booth are drawn from a range of sources:

• Public domain works — classical texts, translations published before 1928, and works whose copyright has expired. These may be reproduced freely with attribution.
• Contemporary translations and commentaries — reproduced under fair dealing (Australian Copyright Act 1968) for purposes of research, study, and non-commercial cultural enrichment. We attribute every quotation to its source text and author.
• Original AI-assisted summaries — overview texts and topic descriptions generated for this service are copyright © Ganda Tech Services. All rights reserved.

If you are a copyright holder and believe content on this Service infringes your rights, please see section 8 (Copyright takedown).

3.2 Service design and code

The design, layout, logo, and application code of Wisdom Booth are copyright © Ganda Tech Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

4. Permitted use

You may:

• Browse, read, and share individual quotations for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Quote brief passages with clear attribution to the source author and Wisdom Booth
• Link to any page on this Service

5. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Systematically scrape, crawl, or download substantial portions of the quotation database by automated means
• Reproduce the full quotation database or any substantial part of it in any product or service without written permission from Ganda Tech Services
• Use the Service or its content for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm others
• Misrepresent the authorship of quotations or remove attribution notices
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other security measures

6. Accuracy and disclaimer

Wisdom Booth strives for accuracy in sourcing and attribution. However, spiritual texts exist in many translations and editions, and some attributions in the scholarly and popular tradition are disputed or uncertain. Content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing on this Service constitutes religious, spiritual, medical, legal, or professional advice. The views expressed in quoted texts are those of their original authors and do not represent the views of Ganda Tech Services.

7. AI-generated and AI-assisted content

Portions of the content on Wisdom Booth — including topic overview texts, content summaries, thematic classifications, and quote extractions — were created or processed with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) tools. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated summaries may be inaccurate. Overviews and thematic descriptions generated by AI may contain factual errors, theological misrepresentations, or oversimplifications. They should not be treated as authoritative religious, scholarly, or philosophical analysis.
• Attributions may be imperfect. AI-assisted processing of source texts may produce incorrect, incomplete, or uncertain attributions of quotations to particular authors, texts, or traditions. Always verify important quotations against primary sources.
• Classifications are heuristic. The assignment of quotes to traditions, themes, and tone categories was performed algorithmically and may not reflect nuanced scholarly or theological consensus.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ganda Tech Services disclaims all liability for any loss, harm, or reliance arising from AI-generated or AI-assisted content on this Service. This disclaimer applies regardless of whether the inaccuracy originated in the AI processing pipeline, the source text, or the extraction process.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), Ganda Tech Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months (which, for a free service, is zero).

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer guarantee rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.

9. Copyright takedown

If you are a copyright holder and believe in good faith that content on Wisdom Booth infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] including:

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
