Our bodies and characteristics are the result of our actions. The fundamental elements of the universe are eternal because they are connected to the Lord of all beings.

Actions that are done without effort are genuine and yield real results. The soul, however, experiences pleasure and pain when it is connected to actions that require effort to accomplish.
