The Grandsire

The cows that live there get everything they desire.

One who gives up meat, has a pure heart, and is righteous; who respects their parents, speaks and acts truthfully, and obeys the Brahmanas; who is faultless, never angry with cows or Brahmanas, and does their duty; who serves their teachers with respect, and dedicates their life to truth, charity, and forgiveness; who is gentle, self-controlled, reveres the gods, welcomes guests, and is compassionate - such a person will attain the eternal and unchanging region of the cows.

There, time stands still. There is no decay, and the all-pervading fire of the universe is not present.
