The Self, free from sin, old age, death, grief, hunger, and thirst, has desires and thoughts that come true. This is what should be searched for and understood.

One who knows this Self through scriptures and a teacher, and understands it, achieves all worlds and desires.

The person seen in the eye is the Self. This is immortal, fearless, and is Brahman.

Prajapati said, "This is the Self, immortal and fearless, which is Brahman."

The one who moves about, exalted, in dreams is the Self, which is immortal and fearless. This is Brahman.

When a person is asleep, with their senses withdrawn and serene, and they see no dream, that is the Self. This is immortal, fearless, and it is Brahman.

They are leaving without truly knowing or realizing the Self.
