Bhimasena

The Supreme Soul, beyond all properties, pervades the entire body. Since I know this through knowledge, I cannot disregard it.

We regard you as our father, teacher, and friend. We look upon ourselves as your sons. Thinking so, we always humble ourselves before you.

Desire indeed takes various forms. Everything is pervaded by the principle of desire. A person outside the realm of desire has never been seen in this world.

Desire is the parent of virtue and profit. Desire is the soul of these two.

If he offered you reverential worship, it was only to honor you. But know, O Drona, that I am not compassionate like Arjuna. On the other hand, I am Bhimasena, your foe.

One without desire never wishes for wealth or virtue. A person devoid of desire can never feel any wish.
