Then Sankriti asked Aditya (the Sun): "Lord, expound to me the knowledge of Brahman." And Aditya said to him: "O Sankriti, listen, I shall declare to you the knowledge of Reality (tattva-jnana) which is most hard to obtain, by the mere knowing of which you shall become liberated while still living (jivanmukta)."
