Subtler than the subtle, greater than the great, the Self is set in the cave of the heart of this creature. One who is without craving sees it, freed from sorrow, and, by the grace of the Ordainer, beholds the greatness of the Self.
One who knows that supreme Brahman becomes Brahman itself. In his family no one is born who does not know Brahman. He crosses beyond sorrow, crosses beyond evil, and, freed from the knots of the heart, becomes immortal.
There cannot be a number of religions in the realm of spirituality. Instead, there is only one religion, the religion of humanity. Religion means only to realise God and then love each and every human being. There may be many sects, but religion remains one.
If the soul is to know God, it must know Him outside time and place, since God is neither in this or that, but One and above them.
The heavenly voice advises him to find comfort in Sufism and look into the mirror, where he will see God reflected, symbolizing the unity of man and God.
